“At least the Misfits could help us clean up.” Said Kimber.
“Kimber it’s Ba Nee’s going away party, we shouldn’t expect them to help us clean up.” Said Jem.
Ashley saw Pizzazz standing in the corner trying to hide her feelings.
“Here Pizzazz.” Ashley handed Pizzazz a tissues. Pizzazz took it a little roughly.
“Beat it.”
“You’ll never change will you?” Asked Ashley.
“I hate kids you rug rat.” Said Pizzazz.
“Then why did you come here?” Asked Ashley.
“Stormer made me do it.” Said Pizzazz. The other Misfits came up to both of them.
“Pizzazz don’t fib to Ashley.” Said Stormer.
“Ya it was your idea.” Said Roxy.
“My idea? You gotta be kidding me!” Pizzazz tried to deny it. The Holograms and other starlight girls came up to the small group.
“That’s so sweet of you.” Said Jem.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about.” Said Pizzazz sighing.
“Come on ducky, give it up already luv.” Said Jetta.
“Alright, alright already.” Said Pizzazz blowing her nose.
“There’s no shame in it.” Said Shana.
“Who says I feel shamed?” Asked Pizzazz innocently.
“I think you’re afraid to let people know you have a heart.” Said Aja.
“Eh what do you know.” Said Pizzazz. “Come on girls.” Said Pizzazz.
“I’m going to help the Holograms clean up you go ahead.” Said Stormer.
“Pizzazz I want to go shopping tomorrow, can you help me pick out clothes?” Asked Krissy.
“Krissy are you sure you want to spend birthday money on clothes?” Asked Jem.
“I’m sure. And I want Pizzazz to take me, I like her style.” Said Krissy. Kimber looked at Jem and whispered.
“Do you think this is a little off?”
“I’m sure it’s fine Kimber.” Whispered Jem back.
“Not a chance, let’s move it.” Said Pizzazz pushing Roxy and Jetta to the door. She hung back and whispered to Krissy.
“I’ll pick you up noon.” She gave her the thumbs up sign and Krissy returned it. “Let’s go Misfits!” The other Misfits left while Stormer stayed behind and helped.
“Who would have guessed that Pizzazz has a heart.” Said Raya.
“She has one, sometimes you have to dig deep.” Said Stormer.
“Krissy do you know what you’re doing?” Asked Jem.
“Yeah, we all should be friends. I’m sure Ba Nee would have wanted it that way.” Said Krissy.
Shortly after at the Gabor Mansion.
“Pizzazz you gone soft in the head.” Said Roxy.
“Oh leave her alone ducky, she has some sorta plan don’t you luv?” Asked Jetta.
“Ya a plan right.” Pizzazz went into the library. She knew her father was at the office. She couldn’t get the image of Ba Nee leaving with her father out of her head. She picked up the phone and dialled her dad’s office number.
“Hello daddy? It’s Phylis, I want to take you out for lunch on Monday and I won’t take no for an answer.”
